Lace-to-toe is a lacing system that extends downwards, much closer to the toe than a traditionally-laced boot. It provides the wearer with the ability to lace different parts of the foot differently. In other words, the forefoot can be made tighter or looser than the rest of the foot depending on preference. This can increase the level of stability and give a better fit throughout the boot.
